Our Methodology

Despite the nature of the project presented to us, our philosophy remains quite simple: Listen to the needs of our clients, perform the necessary research and due-diligence, conceptualize possible strategies, and, using best practices, implement and deploy the best, most practical solution to fit the needs of our clients. In other words, to develop a successful product or solution, we must carefully analyze the needs and desires of our clients and strategically execute a well-planned, well-informed approach to implementation.

  • Phase 1: Research and Planning

    The first phase of every project is the Research and Planning Phase. During this phase, we gather as much information as possible about our client's business, their industry, their customers, and their competition. Most importantly, we take the time to gain a clear understanding of what our client is requesting and propose a solution that specifically meets the needs of the client.

    The information gathered during this phase is shared with our clients to ensure we all are on the same page before proceeding any further. If all agree, we then prepare to proceed to our next phase, the Conceptualization Phase.

  • Phase 2: Conceptualization

    The second phase is taking the results of our research and planning and using that information to develop a solid concept for review by our clients. At this stage, it is critical that our clients be involved in determining the general direction of the project so we do not veer off-track. We take the time to discuss our research findings and concepts with our clients to get their feedback so that we can further refine our concepts.

    Once in agreement with our clients on the best possible solution, we are ready to continue on to our Implementation Phase.

  • Phase 3: Implementation

    With a finalized plan of action, we are ready to embark upon our Implementation Phase. During this phase, we put all the puzzle pieces together - the ideas, the research, the strategies and visual concepts - to execute the final solution.

    This process involves extensive quality assurance (QA), where we check and double-check to ensure that everything functions as expected. Of course, there will be problems that we will not catch up-front because not all conditions can be anticipated. But should such a situation arise, our team is committed to resolve the problem quickly.

    If after thorough testing and evaluation, our QA team gives its stamp of approval to the final product - it meets project requirements, technical standards and specifications, design excellence, etc. - we are in position to deploy the solution (Deployment Phase).

  • Phase 4: Deployment

    The final phase is the Deployment Phase. At this point, we have developed, implemented, and rigorously tested the best solution for our clients. It is now time to deploy the solution and let it work for the client as intended.

    Any training or documentation required for the project will be provided to the client during this phase. We will be sure to educate the client on the full functionality of the solution and answer any questions that may arise.

Our project life cycle is a four-phased approach:

  4. Deployment
